I did enjoy seeing how these fruit sellers carefully stacked their fruit!



It immediately brought to mind the produce sellers in Xinjiang, who also arranged their wares in neat stacks and pyramids.
Same goes for their bread sellers
I wrote about this phenomenon in Turkey as well (link to post here).
This isn't common in America. Americans like to believe that our produce fell onto our supermarket shelves straight off of the farmer's picking basket. Hence the lack of arrangement.
