Tomorrow, we set off for Chiang Khong, a northern Thai town bordering Laos. The day after, we'll cross into the Laotian border town of Huay Xai by boat, where we start a 7 day tour of the minority villages of Northern Laos. So... there is a good chance Pickle Deli Square may be on hiatus for a week, depending on internet connection.
