Cheese and Cracker in Harmonious Width
I bought a cheese planar from Ikea because I was tired of eating pre-sliced cheese which in America is sliced so thickly. Plus it's usually cheaper to buy block cheese rather than pre-sliced.
I discovered an additional benefit: the width of cheese that the Ikea planar produces is perfectly sized for Wasa knackebrod. I wonder which came first: the planer or the knackebrod?
