CSA Box Makes: Asian Slaw
With the big head of purple cabbage (and a couple of the carrots), I already planned on making Asian slaw. So easy, just shred in the food processor and make up a dressing. I used this recipe, which involved several ingredients I had lying around in the fridge and cupboards.
