CSA Box Makes: Beef Curry
I have a box of Japanese curry blocks in the cupboard; I bought it way back in August to have on hand. And these weeks of preparing for finals turned out to be just the right occasion to open the box. I used the carrots and leftover chard stems, and purchased potato and onion, along with ground beef sitting in the freezer.
Half of the curry box makes a big pot of curry. I love one-pot (plus rice on the side) meals like this!
